Required fields are marked in the forms; without them we cannot handle your request. No automated decision-making or profiling takes place. Your data is never sold or used for advertising.
Recipients
Only the AutoDiag62 team (Calais and Oye-Plage garages). The website and its data are hosted in France by o2switch (Clermont-Ferrand), acting as processor. No data is transferred outside the European Union.
If you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, the conversation goes through WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms; this service is never loaded unless you click.
Cookies and local storage
The website uses no advertising or analytics cookies and loads no third-party services (no Google Fonts, no embedded maps, no social networks). This is why no consent banner is shown.
- ad62s: technical cookie set only when you submit a form, to protect it against fraudulent submissions; deleted when you close your browser.
- Language and garage preference: stored only in your browser (local storage) and never sent to our servers. You can clear it in your browser settings.
These are strictly necessary for the service you request and are exempt from consent under French law (Article 82 of the Data Protection Act).
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, email contact@autodiag62.fr; we reply within one month. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Security
Encrypted connection (HTTPS), data stored outside the server’s public area, administration protected by a hashed password, IP addresses never stored in plain text.
