Cancellation: Any missed appointment not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance may lead us to refuse future bookings.
Diagnostics & repairs: Diagnostics are a fault-finding service, charged separately from any repair. No work is carried out without your prior agreement.
Prices: Prices shown are guide “from” prices including VAT. The final price depends on the vehicle: you receive a free written quote before any additional work, and nothing is done without your agreement.
Breakdown & specific work: Heavy work and breakdown call-outs depend on availability and may require a phone call first.
